Giredestrant tartrate (GDC-9545 tartrate), a non-steroidal ER ligand, is an orally active and selective estrogen receptor (ER) antagonist. Giredestrant tartrate potently competes with estradiol for binding and induces a conformational change within the ER ligand binding domain.
