Asciminib, also known as ABL001,is an orally bioavailable, allosteric Bcr-Abl tyrosine kinase inhibitor with potential antineoplastic activity. Asciminib ( ABL001 ) preventsemergence of resistant disease when administered in combination with nilotinib in an in vivo murinemodel of chronic myeloid leukemia.
